Appears it is official now, quads closing : hope he is going on to bigger and better things and keeps in touch to let us know his new projects I've come a long way since he first started helping me on ebid. Not posted so much on here cos have been busy building my own website which is a nightmare, html stuff but have got it up and running, so any poets there I have competition running in October, Also wishing you all the best and hope you do keep in touch through babiilees or mine.

vitty is mine, seems to be going nowhere though

I sell on ebay, sell earphones and some other random stuff at times

gave ebid another try, after 9 days I had more sales for the same item on ebay than i had views on ebid, so swiftly dropped ebid again

I sell on ebay then insert a note or flyer advertising ebid, its worth having some stuff on ebid, I seem to have splurges where I sell really well, then nothing for a couple weeks, it is growing but very slowly so am sticking with it, if you join Riding the Unicorn forum I have a section for Reccomended sites, you can put your site there now I have had a look if you want to, tell people what you sell etc, very quiet in the forum at the moment but will be advertising my poetry competition in a few weeks so I do expect it to get a bit busier

Did I frighten everyone away

there is no real benefit from me listing on ebid, as the category I list in I only pay 5.25% fees and due to the value of the items I would save something like

3-5p depending on earphone type

so wouldnt be able to offer a lower price

and by the time I pay for ink and paper for flyer it would wipe out any minor saving made by selling on ebid

also as profit margins are small on the earphones, so I need more sales which ebid doesnt provide, making it hard to justify holding back a certain amount of earphones for ebid

ebid need to invest in some advertising, as bonzala and ecrater are right on their tail now, less than 200,000 behind

I might stick a link on your forum if i get round to it, but vitty has become a bit of a side thought now
